Terms & Conditions of Use

To register and maintain an Account on sukacuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sukacuci enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with internationally licensed gaming platform standards. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be accessing the Platform as an agent or on behalf of another person. Accounts must be registered and operated solely in your own name and for your personal use.
• You must not be classified as a professionally excluded person or have a self-exclusion agreement in force with sukacuci or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of sukacuci or any of its technology, software, or payment service partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on sukacuci. Multiple accounts operated by the same person, from the same household, or sharing the same payment method are prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and associated balances forfeited.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow another person to use your Account.
• You must notify sukacuci immediately at[email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• sukacuci may require KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or if irregular activity is detected on the Account.

Accepted KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days), and, where required, documentation of the source of deposited funds.

sukacuci supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits into Player Accounts. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — available via all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Typical processing: 5–15 minutes.
• DuitNow — Bank Negara Malaysia's instant interbank transfer system. Typical processing: instant.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Malaysia's largest digital wallet. Typical processing: instant.
• Boost — Axiata's digital payment super-app. Typical processing: instant.
• GrabPay — Grab's integrated payments service. Typical processing: instant.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. sukacuci reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to request documentation confirming payment account ownership.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, sukacuci may request an alternative verified payment method registered in the Player's name.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50 (MYR 50). The maximum single withdrawal is subject to the Player's tier level and current platform limits.
• Bonus Funds and winings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• sukacuci aims to approve and process all withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes of submission during regular operating hours. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance periods or where additional verification is required.

sukacuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. This is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals and will be completed as expeditiously as possible.

sukacuci offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each promotion, as published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in a Player's account, individual bets must not exceed the maximum bet cap specified in the relevant promotion — typically betweenMYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or wager. Bets placed above the applicable cap may void associated winings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Table games, live casino games, sports betting, and other game categories typically contribute at lower rates. Full contribution tables are published alongside each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity window — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit — will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotional offers impose a cap on the maximum real-money value that may be derived from bonus-derived winings. Where applicable, this cap is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless expressly stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per registered Account, device, household, and payment method.

All games and betting markets on sukacuci are operated in accordance with the rules published for each specific game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once they have been accepted by the Platform.
• sukacuci uses independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software for all slot and virtual table games. Published RTP figures are accurate to the certified configuration of each game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during a game round, sukacuci's records of the game session shall be used to determine the outcome. Where no conclusive outcome can be determined, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• sukacuci reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrect or eroneous price or market, to correct obvious pricing errors, and to settle voided markets at the return of the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sukacuci. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-manual manner.
• Collusion between Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or otherwise engage in coordinated fraudulent play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that constitutes or facilitates a financial crime under applicable law.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or evading account restrictions or closures.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at sukacuci staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

sukacuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gambling tools or via the support team.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable administration fees, will be communicated to the registered email address before implementation.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any void bonus funds and applicable fees) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

sukacuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity safely. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gambling features at any time through their Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts and automatic logouts after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from sukacuci. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen exclusion period and cannot be lifted early.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sukacuci's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sukacuci shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment processor outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond sukacuci's direct control.
• Any decision by a Player to continue gambling in circumstances where they were experiencing financial or personal difficulty.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the sukacuci platform — including but not limited to the sukacuci name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of sukacuci or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

sukacuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to address security, legal, or regulatory concerns.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sukacuci's operating licence is issued.

Each party irevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
